Here are the inactives lists for the Tennessee Titans and Atlanta Falcons prior to the Week 4 game.
The Tennessee Titans have released their Week 4 inactives list, and rookie right guard Nate Davis will finally make his NFL debut.
Davis, who was inactive for the first three games as he was catching up after missing significant practice time with an injury, will reportedly take over for fellow guard Jamil Douglas at some point in the game, but not before Douglas gets the start.
Here are the full list of inactives for both teams:
Titans inactives
Falcons inactives
The biggest surprise here is the fact that linebacker Sharif Finch won’t play. He wasn’t listed on the injury report during the week, so he was certainly expected to play in Week 4.
It appears that the Titans are switching things up, with Finch being confirmed as a healthy scratch. Tennessee needed a change after not getting a single sack against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 3.
Behind Cameron Wake and Harold Landry, the Titans will likely have Reggie Gilbert and Kamalei Correa seeing increased snaps in Finch’s place.
Anthony Firkser is also inactive for the first time this season, which isn’t too big of a deal considering he has been non-existent through the first three weeks.
Right guard Kevin Pamphile will miss his fourth game of the season with a knee injury.
Head coach Mike Vrabel did say that Pamphile is getting closer to a return, and the offensive lineman was seen doing some work on a side field during practice this week.
Tight end Delanie Walker popped up on the injury report this week and missed both Wednesday and Thursday’s practices, however he was a full participant on Friday and will be a full go on Sunday.
Others who were listed on the injury report that are all active in Week 4: Linebacker Rashaan Evans (wrist), running back David Fluellen (knee) and linebacker Wesley Woodyard (quad).
