1. The Marcus Mariota we expected

Over the last ten days, many Titans fans wondered about the future of the Oregon product after he struggled mightily on a national stage against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday Night Football.

However, the Hawaiian native made all those who doubted him (myself included) after the first few weeks feel foolish Sunday afternoon against the Atlanta Falcons, as he arguably put up his best throwing performance in years.

Mariota looked decisive throughout the game, as he was consistently dropping dimes against the Falcons. Mariota displayed his ability to deliver the football with anticipation on several throws, which allowed his receivers to make plays throughout the game.

Mariota finished the game completing 18-of-27 passes for 227 yards and three touchdowns in the team’s 24-10 over the Falcons — good enough for a passer rating of 129.7. The sky is the limit for this team if Mariota is able to play like he did in Week 4 on a consistent basis.
