Tennessee Titans: Marcus Mariota hits Corey Davis on beautiful TD pass
Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota is playing like a man possessed with three touchdown passes in the first half against the Atlanta Falcons.
Marcus Mariota’s accuracy is on full display in Week 4 against the Atlanta Falcons, as the Tennessee Titans quarterback has tossed three touchdown passes.
His third of three was a beautiful connection with wide receiver Corey Davis.
Mariota did a great job picking up the blitz, a lofted a perfect throw to Davis that the former No. 5 overall pick was able to take to the house.

In the first quarter, Mariota connected with wide receiver A.J. Brown on two touchdowns, but his second was particularly nice on a fade to his rookie wideout. The first came on a 55-yard touchdown pass in which Brown did most of the work.
Not only are we seeing great protection and Mariota getting the ball out quicker, but the Oregon product is also throwing the most accurate balls he has all season long. He looks like a totally different quarterback than the one we’ve seen the past two weeks.
With three touchdowns so far in Week 4, Mariota now has seven on the season, and there’s still two quarters left in Week 4. He is 14-of-19 for 189 yards going into the half.
As much as Mariota has needed this kind of performance, so has Davis. The Western Michigan product has been awfully quiet on the season with just six catches for 82 yards and no touchdowns through three games.

After his touchdown catch in Week 4, he has four catches for 75 yards in one half. It has been quite the rebound game for Davis.
