2. Jack Conklin, RT

It is a shame that he is incorrectly credited with sacks because there are so few times this season where Jack Conklin isn’t doing his job at a high level.

More than anything, miscommunication between he and Jamil Douglas (shocker) and running back Dion Lewis have caused the few hiccups in his pass protection.

Meanwhile as a run blocker, he very frequently moves his guy off the ball and gives the running back somewhere to run but when the right guard can’t reach out and take care of the DT or LB, then you end up getting minimal yards.

When you really look at the tape, the Titans best rushing comes from Henry rushing behind Conklin and that is all happening despite the revolving door at right guard and the left side of the line getting more help as a result of Taylor Lewan‘s absence.

In a contract year, if Jack Conklin can finish the season as a really solid pass protector and the team’s best run blocker, then I don’t know how he doesn’t get paid a lot of money to stay in Nashville.
