Tennessee Titans boast the AFC South’s healthiest roster

Where to start? I mean I guess it all has to start with Andrew Luck who is now retired due to health issues and the fact that he has a pretty solid post-football life ahead of him that he is ready to enjoy.
Jabaal Sheard arguably the Colts 2nd best EDGE behind Justin Houston is also banged up, while Kemoko Turay has also had some injury issues.
It was also announced today that the Colts top DB Malik Hooker is going to miss 4-6 weeks which is tough because he looks so promising when he is healthy, but he just can’t stay on the field.
Darius Leonard missed last week with a concussion, but I would assume that is more of a long term question mark rather than something that should slow him down in the coming weeks.
Offensively, Marlon Mack has been banged up and is key in running their offense while T.Y. Hilton had to leave Sunday’s game with a quad injury that has also been bothering him. This on top of Dariuce Fountain and Devin Funchess being out for the season puts a strain on those skill position players.
The Colts have real injury concerns on defense and are missing their franchise QB, so when you include potentially smaller injuries to key players it gets dicey.. I will say, Jacoby Brissett looks much better than he did in 2017 and I think a large part of that is that the coaching is just so much better now.
Brissett is doing all the things he should do and the coaching staff is putting him in position to not have to do too much. Frank Reich deserves some serious coach of the year consideration no matter how this season turns out for them.
