17. Philadelphia Eagles (1-2)

Philly was supposed to be one of the favorites out of the NFC this season, but they have looked anything but after three games. Following a Week 2 loss to the Falcons, the Eagles dropped their Week 3 matchup with the Lions thanks to a defensive letdown and two key fumbles that both led to Lions points. Things don’t get any easier for the Eagles in Week 4 thanks to a game at Lambeau Field with the undefeated Packers.

16. Atlanta Falcons (1-2)

After a huge win over the Eagles in Week 2, the Falcons had a great chance to get over .500 against the Andrew Luck-less Colts. You would have thought the Colts brought Luck back for this one, as Indy saw Jacoby Brissett throw for over 300 yards, and the Colts were able to outscore the Falcons, 27-24. The Falcons will try to get back on track with a home game against the struggling Titans in Week 4.

15. Chicago Bears (2-1)

The Bears got a solid performance out of Mitch Trubisky against the Redskins on Monday Night Football, which led to the offense scoring a total of 31 points against a pretty tough defense. That’s a great sign for a Chicago team that desperately need to see some life out of its offense. Week 4 presents a challenging matchup with the Vikings.
