23. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-2)

The Bucs seemed to be cruising at the end of the first half with a 25-10 lead over the Giants, but then Daniel Jones happened. The rookie quarterback led the Giants to a miraculous comeback that was capped off with a touchdown run late in the fourth quarter. Despite all that, the Bucs had a chance to win the game at the end of regulation, but Matt Gay missed a 34-yard field goal. Week 4 presents a trip to the west coast to take on the Rams.

22. New York Giants (1-2)

No team in the NFL had a bigger swing from the dumps to the top of the world in Week 3 than the Giants. In his NFL debut, Daniel Jones took the Giants from a 25-10 deficit to an improbable 32-31 win. It wasn’t all good, though, as the Giants lost Saquon Barkley to a high ankle sprain. Jones and the Giants will look to ride their newfound momentum into Week 4 against the Redskins.

21. Cleveland Browns (1-2)

The Browns gave the Rams a fight on Sunday Night Football, which was surprising considering the Browns were missing a ton of personnel on defense. Cleveland hasn’t lived up to the hype thus far, and its offense isn’t impressing anyone. The Browns have some work to do if they’re going to live up to expectations, and it doesn’t get any easier on the road against the Ravens next week.
