26. Pittsburgh Steelers (0-3)

The Steelers are in a bad way right now. Their offense sorely misses Ben Roethlisberger, as it’s clear rookie quarterback Mason Rudolph just isn’t ready to take this team to where it wants to go. Pittsburgh gets what should be a gimme game against the Bengals next week, however those types of games don’t exist for this hapless 2019 Steelers squad.

25. Oakland Raiders (1-2)

The Raiders were simply outclassed by the Vikings in Week 3, and after a spirited effort en route to a Week 1 win, reality is starting to set in for a Raiders team that is going through a tough stretch of games. Week 4 presents another difficult tilt with a Colts team that is riding high after a huge win over the Falcons.

24. Carolina Panthers (1-2)

The Panthers seemed doomed this week without Cam Newton taking the field against the Cardinals. Then, Kyle Allen came out of the shadows and put on the performance of a lifetime, tossing four touchdowns en route to a convincing 38-20 win. We’ll see if Newton returns for Week 4, but there will undoubtedly be some fans who are ready to give Allen another shot regardless of Newton’s status next week in Houston.
