29. Denver Broncos (0-3)

Denver actually found itself competing with the Packers after three quarters with a 24-16 deficit, but the Broncos followed up a touchdown drive that made it a one-score game with an interception, a punt and a turnover on downs. Joe Flacco and Co. are looking ugly after three weeks and have to deal with a stingy Jaguars defense in Week 4.

28. Washington Redskins (0-3)

The Redskins got handled by the Bears in Week 3. Case Keenum turned the ball over five times and the Bears defense was simply too much for a Redskins offense that is futile to say the least. A quarterback change could be brewing in Washington after Keenum’s poor performance. The Redskins get a Week 4 matchup with a Giants team that is gaining steam.

27. Cardinals (0-2-1)

The Cardinals thought they were catching a break with Cam Newton sitting out in Week 3, but instead what they got was a butt-whooping from backup quarterback, Kyle Allen. Arizona’s defense surrendered four touchdowns and 38 points to the Newton-less Panthers. Arizona hosts the Seahawks in a divisional showdown next week.
