32. Miami Dolphins (0-3)

The Dolphins actually put up a fight against the Cowboys in Week 2, trailing 10-6 going into the second half — and then the second half happened and the Cowboys scored 21 unanswered points to close the game out. The next time Miami fans will feel hope is during the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

31. New York Jets (0-3)

The Jets had a chance to be a decent team this season, but the loss of Sam Darnold ruined that hope. To make matters worse, the Jets are now down to their third quarterback and are simply one of the worst teams in the NFL as a result. The Jets are guaranteed not to lose next week, although it’s because they’re on a bye.

30. Cincinnati Bengals (0-3)

What a brutal loss for a Bengals team that desperately needed a win. With a 17-14 lead in the fourth quarter, the Bengals allowed the Bills to drive 78 yards to take the lead, and eventually the win. After moving to 0-3 on the season, the Bengals at least showed some fight on Sunday and have a meeting with a Steelers team in Week 4 that is struggling to start 2019.
