8. Minnesota Vikings (2-1)

After losing a divisional matchup with the Packers last week, the Vikings hosted the Raiders and crushed head coach Jon Gruden’s group. Minnesota jumped out to a 28-7 lead after three quarters and never looked back, cruising to a 34-14 win.

Dalvin Cook has been the offensive star for the Vikings through three games, and looks like one of the best players in the NFL right now. The Vikings running back has run for over 100 yards and scored at least one touchdown in each contest, and he looks to be all the way back from a torn ACL suffered back in 2017.

With Cook owning opposing defenses and the Vikings defense playing at a high level, Minnesota just needs some consistency from Kirk Cousins in order to be one of the most complete teams in the NFL. The Vikings draw a matchup with their NFC North rival, the Bears, in Week 4. Chicago will first have to take care of business on Monday Night Football against the Redskins in Week 3.
