Replace Jamil Douglas

This is the easiest decision a head coach can make, but the problem is that this is something that we have talked about for nearly a month and the Titans coaching staff did that thing where they didn’t listen to common sense or you know…watch tape.

We have heard for weeks that Jamil is doing a good job or that he is so improved, I cannot tell you how infuriating that is to see and hear when it just isn’t true. If he is so great, cool trade him to a team that sees what you see.

However, while you make those calls put in Nate Davis or bring back Corey Levin. It truly isn’t a hard decision to make and the fact that Keith Carter, Arthur Smith and Mike Vrabel didn’t do anything to make this change earlier is akin to malpractice.

The argument we heard last week was that Davis wasn’t ready even though he was off the injury list. At this point, you could give the play call to someone without a firm grasp on the English language and make hand gestures and they could produce a better result than what we saw last night.
