The Tennessee Titans have dropped in this week’s AFC South power rankings after a loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2.

AFC South teams played each other in Week 2, as the Houston Texans hosted the Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Tennessee Titans welcomed the Indianapolis Colts to Nashville.

The undeniable theme throughout both games was a lack of offense, with the teams combining for a grand total of 61 points in the two divisional contests. As ugly as it was on offense, all four teams saw their respective defenses come to play on Sunday for the most part.

It comes as no surprise to anyone that each of these games came down to the wire, but in the end the Texans and Colts emerged victorious in a week that saw a big shift in the AFC South power rankings.

While the Jags stayed put, the Titans fell after their abysmal offensive effort, and both the Texans and Colts are on the rise as a result of their wins. The Texans, Colts and Titans are all tied atop the division with 1-1 records, and the Jags are in last place alone at 0-2.

Let’s take a look at exactly how the AFC South shakes out after the Week 2 action.
