1. New England Patriots (2-0)
Believe it or not, the New England Patriots have had their fare share of issues with the Dolphins in recent seasons, but that was certainly not the case in Week 2 with the Pats winning 43-0.
The Pats sacked the Dolphins’ quarterbacks seven times, and hit them a total of 12 times. Bill Belichick and Co. had their second-consecutive great showing on defense with a shutout following a Week 1 game in which they allowed just three points to a much more talented Steelers offense.
The biggest story of the week in New England was Antonio Brown, and Tom Brady wasted no time getting him involved. Brady hit Brown for a 20-yard touchdown, and AB finished as the team’s leading receiver with 56 yards through the air.
New England will host the Sam Darnold-less New York Jets in Week 3 for another divisional matchup, and there’s nothing to suggest the Pats won’t improve to 3-0 after that game.
