18. Buffalo Bills (2-0)

After beating the New York Jets and New York Giants in consecutive weeks, the Buffalo Bills are now the best team in the state. I guess that isn’t saying much considering the state of both of those teams, but it’s something for the Bills to hang their hat on nonetheless.

The Bills defense shined once again in Week 2, as it held the Giants to just 14 points in the road tilt at MetLife Stadium. Josh Allen threw for 253 yards and once score, and he added one of three rushing touchdowns for the Bills on the afternoon.

Buffalo picked off Eli Manning twice, and the Giants were just 3-for-12 on third downs. After staking themselves to a 21-7 lead at the half, the Giants never came close to threatening the Bills the rest of the game and didn’t score another touchdown until the fourth quarter.

Sean McDermott’s squad is now off to a 2-0 start and will look to keep the momentum going in Week 3 against a lowly Cincinnati Bengals squad that just got blown out by the San Francisco 49ers in Week 2. If all goes according to plan, the Bills should be 3-0 after this upcoming game.
