team. 48. . . Previous: 29th. Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 31

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers may not be the worst team in the NFL, but man they are close.

It starts from the top down and at the root of the problem is Jameis Winston. Last week he had 3 interceptions including two pick-sixes. It doesn’t matter how good your defense is if you give the other team 14 points and it doesn’t matter how good your receivers are if you can’t get them the ball.

The offensive line in front of him makes things even more difficult. They are the worst combination of bad and overpaid, and in an offense like the one Bruce Arians is trying to run, you have to be able to protect for at least a few seconds or else you won’t hit those bombs.

Defensively they are bad, but maybe not as terrible as I expected them to be. Like I said though, none of it matters if you give the other team 14 points thanks to bad QB play.
