The Week 1 inactives list for the Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns have been released prior to the 12 p.m. CDT kickoff.

The Tennessee Titans only had three names on their injury report this week: right guard Kevin Pamphile, right tackle Jack Conklin, and outside linebacker Reggie Gilbert.

Of those three, only Conklin will be suiting up for the Titans in Week 1, as Pamphile and Gilbert are inactive. And, in what is somewhat of a surprise, rookie right guard Nate Davis will be inactive as well.

Here’s the full list of inactives for both teams.

Pamphile was spotted limping into the locker room after Wednesday’s practice. He then proceeded to miss practice on Thursday and Friday, which led to his questionable designation.

Once the Titans promoted offensive lineman Aaron Stinnie off the practice squad and waived Kalif Raymond, the writing was on the wall that Pamphile was going to miss Week 1. In his place, the Titans will deploy Jamil Douglas to start at right guard.

We had hoped to see rookie guard Nate Davis get some snaps, but because he missed so much practice time with an undisclosed injury, the Titans clearly decided to sit him on Sunday. Head coach Mike Vrabel did make it clear Davis had some catching up to do.

As for Gilbert, the Titans knew he was recovering from a knee injury when they acquired him from the Green Bay Packers in exchange for a seventh-round pick. The timetable for Gilbert’s return was set for Week 2 at the latest.

With Pamphile out, the Titans are now missing two of their starting offensive lineman, as left tackle Taylor Lewan was suspended for the first four games of the season. The Titans will have to slow a talented Browns pass-rush that features Olivier Vernon and Myles Garrett.

The biggest injury concern going into Week 1 for the Browns is with wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. While he will be healthy enough to play, Beckham admitted that a hip injury he’s dealing with could have him at less than 100 percent.

Also of note, former Titans wide receiver Taywan Taylor will not be suiting up against his former teammates on Sunday.
