Drafttek:

If you aren’t familiar with Drafttek, go check them out because they have a really interesting way of figuring out their mock drafts.

They rank each player by position and by overall rank, then they break down need for each team by value, ultimately trying to use math to figure out the best fit for each team as they go down the board.

For the Tennessee Titans this was their selection:

Yetur Gross-Matos EDGE, Penn State

"“Of course anyone can look good if you just pick out a few plays, but Gross-Matos doesn’t disappear in games, he had at least one tackle in every game this past season. He’s a hand on the ground, disruptive defensive end, just what the Titans need on the other side of veteran Cameron Wake. He would immediately take over for Brett Urban and give the Titans one of the most talented defensive lines in the NFL. Gross-Matos is talented against both the run and the pass, but did better against the run according to PFF.com. He had an overall grade of 75.1 in 2018, but with only a 67.7 rating against the pass. He needs to be better this year against the pass, but if the first game of the 2019 season is any indication, he looks to be taking the next step forward.”"

YGM is a stud and building off of his great 2018 campaign he started off the season with 2.5 sacks in week 1. That number is more than he had during his entire freshman campaign and he has proven to be an example of growth and consistency which is a hard line to walk.

He has the size and production that teams will love and I think he would be a perfect fit for a team like the Tennessee Titans.
