27. Buffalo Bills

I am not a Josh Allen believer. At. All.

I know some people are more optimistic about him for some reason, but when it comes down to it he is just too similar to a more athletic Blake Bortles. The Titans know what sort of team you have to have around a quarterback like that to have any success in the NFL.

I have been team “Free Jerry Hughes” for years now and instead of giving in they took another hostage in Ed Oliver.

26. Washington Redskins

Initially I had the Redskins a lot higher. Great pass rushers, young QB with potential, nice pieces on the offensive line, and a sneaky great duo of running backs?

However, too many issues from WR talent to the other seven people on defense knocked them down my list pretty hard. There are paths to victory for them, but they need their stars to be outstanding.
