29. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

While the Cardinals have a wide range of expectations, the Bucs are just probably going to be bad.

Many people claim the title of worst offensive line in the NFL, but the Bucs may actually have the worst offensive line in football. Not only that, but Jason Licht who just got a brand new deal thought it was a good idea to pay the starters on that line a combined $38 million per year.

I mean…wow, talk about failing upward.

The team really is built around a passing game that features Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, O.J. Howard, and Cameron Brate and honestly that is an outstanding group of weapons to have. However, no one should have confidence in the rest of the offense which is a pretty big concern no matter how talented those four are.

Defensively Tampa Bay has Ndamukong Suh, Devin White….nope there are no more that is the list right there.

I mean maybe there is a world where everything goes right for them, but they have a brutal schedule and the writing is on the wall for a 2020 rebuild.
