8. Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings are so fun to watch in no small part because they have THE best defensive player in the NFL: Hercules Mata’afa.

Kidding aside, the entire defense of the Vikings is stacked and they have the potential to absolutely ruin some games for the NFC North.

On the other side of the ball you have Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs catching passes from Kirk Cousins behind an improved offensive line. I mean, I don’t know that guys like Garrett Bradbury and Josh Kline are going to be great next year but on paper you could sell me on Minnesota as Super Bowl contenders.

7. Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles are poised for a huge boom this year. ACL injuries take two years to fully recover from and Carson Wentz should be hitting that time frame soon. That means that Philly is basically set to add a MVP-caliber QB to their roster this year.

With a talented and deep group of WRs as well as a defense that is absolutely loaded with defensive linemen and EDGEs, you don’t have to be a great mind to figure out why the team that won the Super Bowl two years ago could make another run this year.
