NFL power rankings Week 1: Tennessee Titans land just outside top 10

11. Tennessee Titans
The moment we have all been waiting (clicking) for!
The Tennessee Titans have one of the better rosters on paper in the NFL. Marcus Mariota and Ryan Tannehill are a great QB duo, while Corey Davis spearheads a young and exciting group of wide receivers.
On the offensive line, even with Taylor Lewan out the line is 60% solid and Dennis Kelly can make that 80% on most days. Throw in help from Delanie Walker and you have a front that can attack defenses multiple ways.
Defensively, Isaiah Mack has given the Titans something they needed which was a nose tackle. Beside him Jurrell Casey and Daquan Jones could be one of the better combinations in the NFL if Jones played like he did in the preseason and like he did before the biceps injury.
Speaking of potentially best in the NFL, Jayon Brown and Rashaan Evans are one of the best pairings of off-ball LBs in the NFL. Not only from a talent standpoint but in terms of how their style of play compliments each other as well.
Talent wise, the MMCNB group should be the best in the AFC across the board with only the L.A. Chargers as contenders, and they are probably top-5 in the NFL as a whole.
This Titans team can and should make the playoffs and for my money they are clearly the most talented team in the division as well as the team most likely to succeed long term.
