6:30 PM: Shane Lemieux LG, Oregon vs Derrick Brown DT, Auburn

This is the best player vs player matchup going on tonight.

Lemieux is a bully and when he is at his best he is throwing linebackers on the ground and running like a man possessed. I almost think he is the guard version of Jack Conklin where he just rarely loses and when he wins it looks dominant.

This is what the (mighty) Thor Nystrom said about Lemieux:

"Lemieux is going to appeal to a power-run team that has an offensive line coach who trusts himself to teach the fundamentals. If Lemieux can acquire those in pass pro, he could develop into a Pro Bowl guard."

The Titans obviously don’t run a power scheme, but that is why fans need to watch him. In his final season has he developed into a guy that can deal with the likes of Derrick Brown and reach that outside shoulder on an outside zone play?

If not then it will impact his grade for teams like the Titans, but if he can then that will be a big “stock up” moment for him.
