Linebacker (4): Rashaan Evans, Jayon Brown, David Long, Wesley Woodyard

I am going to get some backlash from this, but Woodyard almost didn’t make this list. He has really struggled this preseason and while his leadership and play from last year kept him here, I am a little bit concerned about him heading into the season.

Rashaan Evans has looked really solid as an off ball LB and the Titans are using him as a standup 3-tech in their pass rush looks. That is very interesting and it is a trend that we are seeing more and more of around the NFL because of the versatility that gives the defense from a disguise standpoint.

Jayon Brown is great. I mean, I could cite 20 plays from last year or a few from this year like the shut down 2-point conversion vs the Steelers, but I think we all know that he is a stud right?

David Long has been electric this preseason. He needs to work on his technique a little bit so that he can actually finish tackling, but his instincts, effort, energy, and athleticism are all on point and I don’t see any way that Mike Vrabel keeps him on the sideline all year.
