EDGE

EDGE1: Harold Landry

-Right now I have no idea if Harold Landry is injured, resting, dealing with a minor thing, or something else. All we know is that he hasn’t been practicing and that Mike Vrabel hasn’t specifically refuted the idea that he is injured.

Assuming this means that he will be healthy by Week 1, then he will be the starter.

EDGE2: Cameron Wake

-Wake or Sharif Finch is a question I have almost daily. Today, I think that Wake is the right answer because he is getting a lot of rest and when he practices, it sounds like he is doing really well.

On the other hand, Finch is younger and has been getting a lot of reps in the preseason. While he hasn’t been outstanding, he has been solid and he is clearly the best DL/EDGE on the field when he is out there.

Again, this could go either way but if I had to choose today I would pick Wake to start.
