Winner: Marcus Mariota, QB1

There was such a vocal minority talking about the quarterback situation with the Tennessee Titans, that it is nice to have some clarity. Even if you don’t think Marcus Mariota is one of the five best QBs in the NFL, there is no reason to suggest that there is a chance of him getting replaced.

Joe Rexrode put it well here:

Through two games, Marcus Mariota is 10/17 for 87 yards and a TD, which is definitely not bad considering that Adam Humphries, Corey Davis, Delanie Walker, and A.J. Brown all just played in one game each.

Please, stop listening to anyone who says or even suggests there is a QB controversy when nothing suggests anything close to that being true.
