Winner: Anthony Firkser, TE

Aside from a phantom holding call, Anthony Firkser continues to show that he is a threat in the passing game. I have almost no doubt that there are 5-10 teams in the NFL where Firkser were would be their best receiving tight end.

His blocking is developing well and what he can do on offense isn’t replaceable by just anyone. The Tennessee Titans have to find a way to keep him on the roster whether that means going with one fewer receiver or maybe not having a classic “blocking” tight end.

The only problem is that with Delanie Walker, Anthony Firkser, Dion Lewis, and Adam Humphries, is that one too many receiving threats that specialize in beating linebackers? Is that an issue that is going to keep Firkser from making the team, because if it is, then like with McNichols, the Titans can’t let him walk without getting anything back.

At this point, if you asked me to rank the pass catchers on the roster in terms of where I think they will be ranked in terms of most receiving yards on the team it would go:

1. Corey Davis

2. Adam Humphries

3. Delanie Walker

4. A.J. Brown

5. Anthony Firkser
