The offensive line

The Tennessee Titans have used a bunch of different offensive line combinations throughout training camp, but which one will be the first on the field on Thursday night?

With left tackle Taylor Lewan facing a four-game suspension, the Titans will have to deploy tackle Dennis Kelly on the left side, and he should see some game action there in the first game of the preseason.

Right tackle Jack Conklin has claimed he’s back and better than ever, so just how good does he look in his first game action of the 2019 campaign should he suit up? And will he look good enough to fend-off Kelly in what could be a challenge to his starting job once Dad gets back?

The right guard battle is another interesting part of this first week. Is Pamphile the one getting the reps with the starters over Davis, or has the rookie earned his way into first-team reps with the Titans during Week 1?

We’ve seen other offensive lineman like Jamil Douglas, Aaron Stinnie and Corey Levin all get consistent action in practice, and some with the first-team. This is a good chance to see just how the Titans are doing in the depth department on the offensive line.

Not to mention, with Levin having seen some first-team reps in practice, he could challenge starting center Ben Jones for the gig. That’s a potential battle to keep an eye on as the preseason progresses.
