Injury notes.

So now that we got the three biggest names on the “injury” report checked off, let’s talk about other injury notes.

The big name here was Nate Davis who really looks like he could take over that starting spot at right guard. In fact, it seems like that is what the Tennessee Titans front office and coaching staff actually want them to do.

However, this lingering injury isn’t helping him at all and it is only opening the door for Kevin Pamphile to take the job.

As long as the best man wins, fan shouldn’t care but you always want the cheapest and youngest player to win the job from a future cap/upside standpoint.

I really want D’Andre Walker practicing and fully healthy, because I think he has the potential to be very good in the NFL. I think there is a chance that Walker still plays on Thursday because the Titans really need to see what he can do, but right now I wouldn’t bet on it.

Frank Herron continues to miss practices with his injury and I just don’t know how much longer the Titans can wait to see him. I mean obviously I wish the best for him and it would be awesome if he came back tomorrow and made plays left and right, but if not what is the plan for him long term?
