Corey Davis is back, take a breath

Remember when everyone was super concerned that the Corey Davis injury was going to be a real thing that affected him throughout camp? Well, hopefully those days are behind us and Davis practiced fully today.

While I said before that I think there is a 75% chance that the Titans rest Davis for the Week 1 preseason game against the Philadelphia Eagles (because why wouldn’t you) I think that number is a lot lower now after a full practice on Monday.

It is huge that Davis is healthy and you don’t want anything to disrupt his momentum right now. The comfort level between he and Marcus Mariota is clearly there and the more that the Titans can do to make that relationship as strong as possible, the better.

Going forward I expect to see his maintenance days come every now and then, but all things look positive right now in terms of his short and long term health. We can all take a deep breath.
