2. Kevin Byard +3300 to lead the NFL in interceptions

A $10 bet gets you $330

This seems crazy right? The NFL’s leader in interceptions over the last two seasons and the 2017 interception leader has this much value?

If the Tennessee Titans offense is better this year it will force teams to pass more against them which is probably a bad bet. The defensive backs in Nashville are no joke and the group is deep, so I wouldn’t suggest testing them.

Maybe the thought is that with so many good defensive backs the Titans will elect to play Kevin Byard back more in single-high safety looks and play the cornerbacks in man. That would mean that the cornerbacks are more likely to lead Tennessee in picks which would obviously mean that Byard wasn’t leading them or the NFL.

With an improved pass rush and Dean Pees, a defensive coordinator that spent three years with Ed Reed, the Tennessee Titans safety has a chance to have a great year. Will it be better than any other defensive back in the NFL is the question.
