4. Derrick Henry +1200 to lead the NFL in rushing touchdowns

A $10 bet gets you $120

Last year Derrick Henry was third in the NFL with 12 TDs, five behind the leader Todd Gurley.

Since that time the Tennessee Titans offensive line has gotten better while the Los Angeles Rams have gotten worse. More importantly, the Titans new offensive coordinator worked heavily on the redzone packages and should know that when it is his time to call the plays that the redzone offense has to run through Henry.

If you look at Derrick Henry’s production after the BYE where he got his pep talk from Eddie George (so not even just his historic December), he averaged more than 1.2 TDs per game.

If he can sustain that pace (which he did over a nine-game stretch) with improved talent and play calling around him, that puts him at 20 rushing TDs in 2019.

How likely is that? I don’t know, Henry has been a slow starter historically but that is an interesting bet nonetheless.
