Winner: Marcus Mariota

Health. That is the most important thing for QB Marcus Mariota this year who is finishing out the last year of his rookie contract.

However, the second most important thing for him to do this offseason is to master the Matt LaFleur/Arthur Smith ZBS offense and take that to a respectable level.

As practices have gone on Marcus Mariota is doing more and more and is improving every day. And when I say improving, I don’t mean like “oh he looks a little better” I mean he is going from good to great (team slogan pun kinda intended).

Confidence in his receivers has never been higher and it really sounds like he is comfortable in the offense.

Combine that with him adding extra weight and getting back to the size he was at his best, and it looks like all the ingredients may be there for him to have a career year. Of course, that would make sense with the Titans finally having to pay him.
