Other notable absences and returns

It isn’t a surprise to many, but running back Derrick Henry and rookie receiver A.J. Brown were both missing as well.

Still not concerned at all, but it is important to remember that Vrabel isn’t going to take chances early. He wants his guys to get reps sure, but Brown came back from a hamstring tweak in OTAs and practiced only to have it seize up on him again after a slip.

It doesn’t make any sense for Vrabel to make his first day back a day where the Titans were in full pads.

Someone who did make a triumphant return was Jack Conklin who was having a great showing over the first two practices only to leave early on Saturday. Luckily it really was nothing and he was back in action today and looked good in drills.

Dennis Kelly

I won’t spend too much time on this because Titan Sized has already covered this and you should go check it out below.

The only update is that after practice, Mike Vrabel did say this:

While that is good news, many fans will remember that Rashaan Evans had an issue with “dehydration” and missed all of camp last year. So take all that with a grain of salt.
