1. La’el Collins RT, RG

Let me throw a curve ball at you, Collins is the absolute perfect scenario for the Tennessee Titans.

In Weeks 1-4 you get a starting caliber right tackle who has shown exactly what he can be during his time in Dallas.

After that, you don’t have to throw him away like so many of the other options on the list. Instead, you can let he and Kevin Pamphile have a battle at right guard to find the best starter while Nate Davis hones his craft.

With Collins set to be a free agent after this season, the Titans have a chance to get a compensatory pick down the line from this move despite only really needing the upgrade for four weeks at left tackle.

This is the only player on this list I could see on the roster past 2019. With experience at tackle and guard, I think Collins would be the perfect trade target for the Titans and it would allow them to leave Conklin on the bench for some bonus rest.

So your after Week 4 your OL shifts from:

Kelly-Saffold-Jones-Pamphile-Collins

To

Lewan-Saffold-Jones-Collins-Conklin (with Kelly as a jumbo TE)

That is a pretty strong option short and long term and it doesn’t hurt the Titans cap or hinder the development of any young starters.
