3. Jack Conklin, OT (1st round 2016)

2016: 16 games started (All-Pro)

2017: 16 games started

2018: 8 games started

You could argue that Conklin really should top this list. However, there is a growing concern that his knee injury is going to be something that plagues him his whole career which is a terrifying prospect.

Conklin gets slander for a rookie year where he got help from Delanie Walker, but in retrospect is that a bad thing? That option lets you keep Walker on the field every snap while disguising what he may be doing and the only downside is that you don’t keep Harry Douglas on the field as a 4th receiver?

He and Taylor Lewan were the premier young bookends in the NFL, but unfortunately injuries have put that title in danger. This year is a huge one for Conklin, but the Titans should seriously consider resting him until he is completely healthy and using Dennis Kelly until then.

If they do that and get Conklin back to 100% the Titans could have one of the best five offensive lines in the NFL.
