Titan Sized Staff Predicts Regular Season Standouts

Fantasy Player of the Year: Derrick Henry (3 votes)
As I have previously written this offseason, Titans players are being under-drafted in most fantasy drafts and are certainly worth targeting in most formats. The Titans may not have any surefire fantasy superstars on the roster, but they have a number of intriguing talents that could pay huge dividends for owners willing to step up to the plate and swing.
Sanders and Steinmann both believe that Corey Davis will be a fantasy steal that can carry you to a fantasy football championship. As Sanders puts it:
"Expect a lot of targets to be thrown to Davis. If you are using a PPR League, don’t pass up on him! He will catch the majority of the passes thrown his way. Davis should eclipse over the 1,000 receiving mark this season. It wouldn’t also surprise me if we see him catch over 10+ touchdowns. This guy is a freak of nature, and he will prove worthy of that 5th Overall Pick in 2017."
Although I think all Titans fans would love to see this prediction come true, Derrick Henry was the most popular selection amongst our panel, which makes sense based on his high average draft position in 2018 fantasy drafts. Some of the fantasy hype surrounding Henry slowed when the Titans signed Dion Lewis, but three of our voters still believe that Henry can be a major contributor for fantasy football rosters.
Matias Wodner recognizes that Lewis will take a lot of carries, but notes that Henry’s nose for the end zone could turn him into a must-start fantasy running back. Wodner goes on to point out that Henry should receive “all the goal line carries in an offense that’s destined to improve.” Henry may not get the sheer yardage of some other backs in the league, but he will make up for it with touchdowns, which makes him a fantastic fantasy pickup in the middle of a draft.
