Tennessee Titans: Mock Draft 2.0 – Offensive Approach
Round 4, Pick 125: DaeSean Hamilton, WR, Penn State
To the surprise of many, Robinson elected to pass on adding another pass catcher to the receiving corps in free agency. I believe that means the team will decide to add one in day three of the draft, and DaeSean Hamilton could be exactly what this offense, and Marcus Mariota, needs in order to take that next step.
Hamilton is a 6’1″, 200 lbs quick-twitch athlete that was consistently relied upon at Penn State in third down and goal-to-go situations. Other than Delanie Walker, no other pass catcher has stepped up and showed they can constantly be that for Mariota. Considering Mariota is one of more anticipatory throwers in the game, Hamilton could come in and instantly produce with his crisp route-running ability.
