Notes: Once a consensus top five pick, Key has become a wild card in the 2018 NFL Draft. Much like 2016’s Robert Nkemdiche, Key has the talent and athleticism to be a top pick in the draft, but injury concerns and off-field issues pushed him down draft boards. Key put up respectable numbers in all of his testing and will run the 40 and bench at his Pro Day, but where Key really won at the 2018 NFL Draft was behind closed doors. Key passed all of his physicals and no concerns have been raised about his past injuries. Furthermore, Key has allegedly aced his interviews with NFL teams that have been “very receptive” to the struggles with rehab and weight loss, as well as his “leave of absence” from the team last spring. If the Titans feel comfortable with Key, he could be an absolute steal late in the first round and add some much needed juice to the Titans’ pass rush.
