Patrick Robinson, CB, Philadelphia Eagles

A bit of a journeyman, Patrick Robinson has been a solid cover corner in all four of his stops throughout his eight-year career. Most recently with the Eagles, he’s been able to step into a big role and produce, just like he did with that game-changing interception in the NFC Championship. The Tennessee Titans have two definite starters at the cornerback position in Logan Ryan and Adoree’ Jackson, but in today’s pass-happy NFL, you can never have enough at the position.

Just like with Danny Amendola, Robinson isn’t the biggest name on the open market, but fits in with what the Titans need. LeShaun Sims and Tye Smith are okay pieces, but if this defense is to take the next step into the upper echelon of NFL defenses, the need to fill the void of the third corner spot is critical.

Jon Robinson may very well roll with Sims and Smith battling it out for the third corner spot, but if he decides to add to the position, Robinson is an affordable player who can be brought in on a team-friendly deal.
