Jim Harbaugh – Head Coach – Michigan

When you have success in the NFL, it makes you want to come back for more. Jim Harbaugh will be a head coach again in the NFL; the question is when and where? Some say it may be too soon for Harbaugh to make the comeback, but the right position may drag the former 49ers coach away from his alma mater. The way to sell Harbaugh on the Titans job is Marcus Mariota and the youth of the players around him. Think of Mariota as Harbaugh’s new version of Colin Kaepernick.

Another way to sell him is that Harbaugh is not having that much success with Michigan. In 2017, Michigan finished fourth in the Big 10 and had a 5-4 conference record. For someone of Harbaugh’s stature, that is just unacceptable. The best way to rank a college coach is to look at his record after a full recruiting class has come through. If that is the case, the Wolverines should reevaluate after this season. Harbaugh is a great “leader of men” and would have the weapons put in place to make make a run at the Super Bowl as early as next season.
