Creating a Mount Rushmore of Tennessee Titans Players
By Kyle Zwiazek
In the spirit of Independence Day, let’s take a look at what Titans would make it on the Tennessee Titans version of Mount Rushmore.
As I woke up the morning of July 4th and was flipping through my sports articles, I came across an NBA article about Mount Rushmore. This article was written by Grant Hughes of Bleacher Report and went over every NBA team’s Mount Rushmore. In the spirit of Independence Day, it got me thinking about who would be on the Tennessee Titans Mount Rushmore. The criteria to be on Mount Rushmore is that the player has to have been a part of the Titans in Tennessee. Sorry, Warren Moon and Earl Campbell. It is great to look at the history of the team, and obviously the Houston Oilers are a major part of the Titans history, but this should be for players and coaches that played or coached in Tennessee.
