Number 10: Ben Jones

C – #60 – 6’3 308lbs – Exp. 6 – Georgia – 2016 UFA

Reliable, consistent, competitive, smart, team-first: All describe the starting snapper for the Tennessee Titans. Ben Jones was an absolute necessity for the Great Wall of Mariota. The center of the wall certainly has to be steady. Jones was crucial to the Titans’ first ranked o-line. He started all 16 games and consistently protected Marcus Mariota well and opened rushing lanes for DeMarco Murray. The guy can do it all.

The center is the second most important piece of the offensive line and if you watch the tape, Jones excels at pass pro, he’s stable handling interior defenders and he is arguably the best pulling o-lineman on the team. In the run game, Jones is constantly pulling and opening rush lanes on the outside for RBs. Aside from all of his on-field praise, I have to say he seems like a really great teammate and guy all around. With a humble come-up in the country on a farm, Jones is a real genuine dude and deservedly a top 10 player on the Titans.

Stat Projection: Lots of TD celebrations with his buddy Marcus
