Number 13: Rishard Matthews

WR – #18 – 6′ 217lbs – Exp. 6 – Nevada – 2016 UFA

I think Rishard Matthews turned out to be a more than capable #1 receiver towards the back end of last season. In the second half of the season (Week 9 on), Matthews put up 588 yards and 6 TDs… for half a year, that’s WR1 numbers. His 65 receptions on the year was tied for first on the team and his 945 receiving yards this past season led the team. A few plays he made last season made me think he could be a top 20 receiver in this league, and I do believe that is a reasonable ceiling for him. Needless to say, he will be an outstanding #2 receiver for this offense next season. It was so very hard to decide if he is the Titans’ top receiver or close second, but… (cont. next page)
