Let the madness continue! It is time for the announcement of players 15 through 11 on the Tennessee Titans’ player rankings. This weeks edition will include the players closest to breaking into the top 10. Some of you may disagree where I have my players. I do encourage said people to rant about my mistakes in the comments section below. This is the part of the countdown that many have been waiting for. Some big names are amongst the Titans’ top 15 players. The improvements this team has made during this offseason are very apparent after this set due to the skill level the players hold, yet still are not worthy of a top 10 bid on this team for me. The list as it looks so far is:
