Power Ranking the Titans: Part 1

The top 25 Tennessee Titans players; numbers 25-21

The Tennessee Titans are now officially relevant after two consecutive years of yielding the NFL’s worst win totals. I just happened to be a die-hard fan of this team through their insignificance, so if you’re like me, you’re chomping at the bit to see what the 2017 season will have in store for the Two-Tone Blue. This team is on the rise again and it is certainly no secret.

This is my first post with Titan Sized, so I wanted to open with a little about myself. I’m an aspiring journalist and rising sophomore at Elon University. I am from Pittsburgh Steelers country in Pennsylvania, but I became a fan of the Titans at a very young age and loved not being a fan of the home team. Listening to cocky Steelers fans brag over the years has built my passion and drive to cheer for the Titans and now, I want to write about them for my career.

So to start, I took a hard look at the Tennessee Titans 90-man roster minus special teams and picked my top-25 players. I know the Titans are getting good because some pretty decent players like Da’Norris Searcy, Jalston Fowler and Jonnu Smith didn’t make the cut. I am going to share my picks, how they got their spot on my list and stat projections for each one. Please comment any differences you would have made. This week, part one, will include my 25th through 21st ranked players. I will continue with part two next week. Hope you enjoy!
