Re-Drafting the Last 10 Tennessee Titans First Rounds
2013
Actual First Round Pick: Chance Warmack, G, Alabama
Revised First Round Pick: Travis Frederick, C, Wisconsin
I could’ve gone Le’Veon Bell with this pick, but the Titans still had Chris Johnson at the time. The Titans really needed offensive line help going into that season, and they decided to try to quell their problems with Warmack, who seemed like a can’t-miss, safe prospect at the time. Warmack was not good, save for one season (2014), during his time in Tennessee. Frederick has made three Pro Bowls through his first four years, was a second-team All-Pro in 2014 and 2015, and was a first-team All-Pro in 2016. Frederick could’ve played either guard or center for the Titans, but he undoubtedly would’ve been a major upgrade over Warmack, who’s no longer with the team.
