THIRD ROUND:

64. Tennessee Titans- Justin Simmons S, Boston College

Simmons is maybe THE most underrated player in this draft class. Simmons is a player that doesn’t miss tackles, he is constantly in the right position and he is a great contributor on special teams.

While he didn’t have a big day in the shrine game, he did exactly what he was asked and plenty of people came away impressed and rightfully so. I think that putting Simmons in a Dick LeBeau defense gives the Titans a great safety net (no pun intended) who is one of the best tacklers at the safety position in the last few years.

Even if you completely ignore needs, Simmons is the best player on my board and is one of two players left with a first round grade (the rest are decided by composite scores).
