Quarterback: Jameis Winston

While I completely maintain that the Tennessee Titans were very lucky that Marcus Mariota wasn’t taken number one overall. However, I understand the move because as far as on the field schemes, FSU’s is undoubtedly closer the a pro style than Oregon’s is.

If a GM was going to stake his job on a quarterback last year they couldn’t have gone wrong as it turns out, and Robinson helped make the safe decision, even if there as a player with more upside on the board.

I’m not sure this qualifies, but Robinson has said before that he isn’t looking for projects and that he wants people that are ready to play from week one. Even though on Week 1 it was pretty clear who was ready to play in that matchup, I understand the decision and it is a great player to have on your resume.
