2) Do you think Jerry Jones needs to swallow his pride and hire a President and/or GM and become just an owner?
Mullenax: The simple answer is no. Because Jones doesn’t want or have to. He honestly believes he is the best man for the job. Jones’ justification? Where else are you going to find a general manager or president with 25 years experience and three Super Bowl rings? You’d think someone like him would get tired of losing, look in a mirror and finally say to himself: “Maybe, it me.” Not Jerry Jones. He’ll go to his grave believing Dallas can win the big one next season with him at the helm.
